Variety payoff + broad gainer/+Buy — Horn of Plenty + Remake

Fairgrounds/Museum/Horn of Plenty want many differently-named cards; Workshops and +Buy make one-of shopping cheap.

Menagerie-style payoffs want unique names; self-duplicating cards work against that plan.
